Please note that our on-hand inventory can change rapidly due to military and government purchasing cycles, as well as market events. There may be processing delays during these circumstances. **If you MUST receive your order by a specific date, please Contact Us before ordering to ensure possibility**

Shipping

Standard Domestic and International orders are shipped via UPS and DHL.

Shipping costs to standard domestic and international addresses are calculated during checkout.

International Customers: 

**All International Sales are Final!!!**

Velocity Systems does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all landing cost (landing costs includes: applicable duties, taxes, and fees). If the customer elects not to pay the landing fees and/or accept the package, Velocity Systems is not liable for the landing cost, package return fees, or product refund.

Alternatively, please contact our International Distributor closest to your location. They are often able to offer less costly shipping.

APO, DPO and FPO orders are shipped via USPS. These are the ONLY addresses we can offer USPS shipping at this time. Shipping costs to APO, DPO and FPO addresses are a flat rate of $15.

Returns

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of delivery.

Due to our items being in high demand, we are no longer offering exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want by the time the exchange is processed. Therefore, we suggest you place a new order for the item you would like to exchange. You will then need to ship your original package back to us at our address with your order number attached. Once the item is returned to us, and we have verified that it has been unused, we will process a refund for the item.

Returned products must be in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

No custom items can be returned or exchanged.
